The coating material Intercure 99 ("Polyaspartic"), which is based on polyaspartic acid ester, is applied directly to metal as a single coat with normal spray equipment in a layer thickness of 150 - 250 μm. Working time and labor costs are lower for this product than two-coat systems when used in moderately corrosive environments (environments up to corrosivity category C3 according to ISO 12944-2). Intercure 99 is a high solid, low VOC, fast drying one coat that combines excellent anti-corrosion properties and good color and gloss retention over time.

Intercure 99 is ideal for use as a high-performance monolayer. In steel construction, painting with fewer coats contributes to faster turnaround and increased productivity. Intercure 99's fast drying and early handling properties make it ideal for coating wind turbines, transformers, mining conveyors and pumps - applications where productivity and drying space are important considerations .
