An internally plasticized, low VOC, two component, high build, surface tolerant, epoxy base coat containing aluminum and lamellar micaceous iron pigments for improved corrosion protection. The product belongs to the second generation of surface-tolerant coating materials. It has processing and performance characteristics that have been optimized for use over a wide temperature range.
A high performance maintenance coating for use on a wide range of surfaces including hand or machine prepared corroded steel surfaces. Interplus 256 is particularly suitable for the maintenance of offshore installations and structures in other aggressive environments such as e.g. B. Oil refineries, coastal water installations, pulp and paper mills or bridges where dry deburring is not possible.
Ideal for use after wet blasting or pressure water blasting or as a base coat to repair areas that have been corroded in places as part of maintenance work. For use on surfaces continuously exposed to temperatures up to 150°C (302°F) and for corrosion protection of mild steel and stainless steel under thermal insulation.

We ship daily with our in-house forwarder Kühne & Nagel for orders of 10 liters or more. Smaller container quantities of up to 10 liters are delivered via DPD. The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days. For our online products, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, depending on the quantity.
