Highly cross-linked, thick-layer 2-component coating material based on epoxy-phenolic resin, which has very good corrosion and chemical resistance when used under high temperature loads. Intertherm 228HS is a next generation epoxy phenolic coating based on a novolac resin.
Intertherm 228HS is specifically designed as a corrosion resistant barrier to protect steel structures exposed to alternating wet and dry conditions beneath the thermal insulation. The product is suitable for a variety of highly corrosive environments such as insulated and non-insulated mild steel and stainless steel for coating the exterior of pipes, process vessels, etc., operating at temperatures up to 230°C (446°F). Intertherm 228HS has excellent resistance to thermal shock associated with rapid thermal cycling.

We ship daily with our in-house forwarder Kühne & Nagel for orders of 10 liters or more. Smaller container quantities of up to 10 liters are delivered via DPD. The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days. For our online products, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, depending on the quantity.
