A thick film based on a titanium modified inorganic copolymer
Two-component coating material resistant to high temperatures. The coating material contains flaky aluminum pigments and is applied using conventional application methods.
Intertherm 751CSA is a new type of high performance coating that is applied using standard equipment and dries well at room temperature. The product provides protection against corrosion of steel under both weather conditions and thermal insulation and can be used in temperature cycling in the range of -196°C (-321°F) to 400°C (752°F) without prior deterioration Commissioning of the coated components requires additional heat curing.
The product is most commonly applied directly to metal substrates as a one or two coat system and is well suited as a maintenance coating to mitigate the damaging effects of corrosion under insulation.
Intertherm 751CSA has excellent resistance to thermal shock from sudden changes in temperature and provides effective protection for steel structures used in cyclically changing conditions. The product is suitable for coating hot surfaces that are exposed to temperatures of up to 120°C (248°F) during operation .

We ship daily with our in-house forwarder Kühne & Nagel for orders of 10 liters or more. Smaller container quantities of up to 10 liters are delivered via DPD. The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days. For our online products, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, depending on the quantity.
